Matthew Zabloski
Founder / Lead Portfolio Manager    

Mr. Zabloski is the Managing Director of Delbrook Capital Advisors, which he founded in 2010.  He has over 15 years of capital markets experience, 6 years of which were spent as a Portfolio Manager at Fidelity Management and Research Company, one of the world’s largest asset management firms.  At Fidelity, Mr. Zabloski managed over a billion dollars in sector focused capital, consistently ranking among the top performing investment managers.  He began his career in the corporate finance and advisory group of RBC Capital Markets, focusing on the materials and industrial sectors.  In 2008 Mr. Zabloski co-founded Cambridge Advisors, a Boston, Massachusetts based investment manager that grew from less than $10 million to nearly a billion dollars in assets under management during its first two years of business. At Cambridge, Mr. Zabloski managed its Growth Fund product and aided in the development of a global research platform. Mr. Zabloski holds an MBA and an Honors BA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at The University of Western Ontario.
    

Walter Coles
Senior Advisor  

Mr. Coles has served as CEO and President for several Toronto Venture Stock Exchange listed junior mining exploration and development companies over the past 7 years. He entered the mining business as part of an effort to develop a mineral resource discovered on family farmland in Virginia. He was previously an analyst for Cadence Investment Partners, from 2005 through to 2007. Prior to that Mr. Coles worked for UBS Investment Bank in New York as a Senior Research Analyst in the bank’s High Yield Group. Mr. Coles started at UBS Investment Bank in 1999 as an Associate reporting to the bank’s Global Head of Fixed Income Strategy. Mr. Coles holds a B.A in Economics from the University of Richmond.
    
    

Fredrik Stanton    
US Marketing

Mr. Stanton  focuses on institutional capital raising. Previously he was a strategy consultant who worked with Fortune 500 companies on corporate strategy, growth and expansion opportunities, brand and channel strategy, and acquisition targeting and integration. He is a John C. Whitehead Fellow of the Foreign Policy Association and is the author of Great Negotiations: Agreements that Changed the Modern World. Mr. Stanton is the former President and Publisher of the Columbia Daily Spectator, and holds a BA in Political Science from Columbia University.
    
    
    

Adam Hull    
Analyst    

Mr. Hull assists with project review and leads the fundraising strategy for the Delbrook Team. Adam served as the Marketing & Communications Manager for Alberta Alpine Ski Association from 2008-2010. Adam then moved into the role of President for Alberta Alpine from 2010-2014, where he led the overall operations strategy. Following a successful career in alpine, Adam returned to school to complete his MBA at the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University.
    
    
    

Clea Sutherland   
Office Manager / Trade Assistant

Ms. Sutherland oversees operations of the Delbrook office, including administrative and marketing support, and facilities management. Ms. Sutherland holds a BBA, specializing in Sustainable Business Leadership, from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
   

Ron Netolitzky       
Technical Advisor  

Mr. Netolitzky is a geologist and prolific entrepreneur who has been directly involved in mineral exploration since 1967. He is credited with three significant Canadian gold and silver discoveries (all of which became producing mines): the Eskay Creek and Snip deposits in British Columbia and the Brewery Creek deposit in the Yukon. Mr. Netolitzky was honored with the Prospector of the Year Award in 1990 by the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada for the Eskay Creek discovery, and was inducted into the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame in 2015.

Mr. Netolitzky’s more recent successes include Brett Resources Inc., which he reorganized in 2007 and which was acquired by Osisko Mining Corp. for $541 million in 2010 for its Hammond Reef gold project in Ontario. Prior to that Mr. Netolitzky was Chairman of Viceroy Exploration Ltd., which achieved exploration success with its Gualcaymayo gold project in Argentina resulting in the sale of the company to Yamana Gold in 2006 for $542 million. Other successful companies with which Mr. Netolitzky was associated include Pacalta Resources (Ecuador), Canico Resources (Brazil), Oliver Gold (Mali), Trillion Resources (Zimbabwe), and Loki Gold (Yukon).
